In response to your requests, we now have a downloadable version of LensWork Extended!
What's the difference between the downloadable and the disc version? Nothing — in terms of content. The only difference is that the file you download will be only the PDF documents; when you click on the audio or video links the media will play as it streams down from our website. (On the disc version, the audio and video is included on the disc — hence the 3-4 gigabyte disc size.) By streaming the audio and video over the Internet, the image pages alone are a reasonable size to download without having any compromises in content. (For example, LensWork Extended #88 is a 258Mb download.)

Extended portfolios with more images
Using the universal Acrobat
PDF format on computer discs, there is
enough room for hundreds of images. This
revolutionary new publishing technology
offers us the opportunity to share with you
so much additional content that simply won’t
fit in the 96 pages of LensWork on
paper.
Portfolios of color work
With LensWork Extended can now publish color portfolios.
Bonus Gallery portfolios
We not only publish many additional images from each magazine portfolio but also 3-4 completely new portfolios.
Alumni Gallery portfolios
LensWork defines a community of photographers — both its readers and its alumni — who share a passionate relationship with photography as a creative way of life. This gallery gives the LensWork alumni a dedicated place to continue to share both new additions to previously published work or entirely new work.
